Michael Thompson is a visionary and performance-focused leader with 25-plus years of experience building profitable businesses. With an exceptional track record in the Canadian technology and corporate marketplace, he is well known for his customer-centric approach, team building talent and ability to create a deep network of senior C-level relationships. Prior to joining ISB Global Services, Mr. Thompson was at the helm of major Canadian companies specializing in screening technology, supply chain management and innovative 1:1 marketing technology solutions. Before that, he had been vice president of a top-tier travel and leisure company, where he drove record growth and created the largest wholly owned consumer travel business in North America with $1B of network sales. In addition to his leadership role with ISB, Mr. Thompson participates on several boards and industry committees.

Stephen Anderson has been an integral part of the ISB team for over two decades, now serving as the Chief Operating Officer with distinction. With a keen focus on both internal and external client excellence, Stephen brings a wealth of experience to his role. His background in investigations and his unique expertise in information management have positioned him as a trusted leader within the organization.

Known for his creative and marketing acumen, Mr. Anderson approaches every challenge with a meticulous and detail-oriented mindset. He has a passion for process and technology improvements, constantly seeking opportunities for continuous enhancement. His prompt engineering initiatives for AI education have been instrumental in driving departmental change.

Stephen takes great pride in working alongside his dedicated team and colleagues, many of whom have been recognized for their outstanding contributions to the organization. As a mentor and leader, he fosters a culture of collaboration and excellence, encouraging his team members to reach their full potential.

Mr. Anderson has played a vital role in ISB's business development efforts, successfully navigating both B2B and B2C landscapes across North America. Prior to joining ISB, he honed his leadership skills as a security advisor for a major building developer, where he coordinated security and public access at high-rise buildings in Toronto.

His extensive experience also includes liaising with federal authorities on numerous security-related investigations, with a full airport security clearance with the RCMP.

In addition to his responsibilities at ISB, Stephen has been an active member of the GBTA Canadian Advisory Board since 2019 and has served as the GBTA Risk Committee Liaison since 2023. His dedication to industry leadership and continuous learning underscores his commitment to excellence in all endeavors.

To date, his focus has been primarily on new business generation within the technology, HCM, and workforce management space as an Enterprise Account Executive. He has confidently guided his FP500 and Fortune 500 C-level clientele through complex sales processes resulting in impactful, measurable, and meaningful business transformations.

Adam excels at establishing a deep, rooted understanding of his client’s business challenges and requirements from their customers’ unique perspectives, which allows for a truly collaborative solution process, and ultimately, a successful implementation and execution of their strategic initiatives. Adam holds a BA from the University of Alberta.

In her current role at ISB, she is responsible for driving growth while assisting customers across the continent meet the critical need for better efficiencies, cost-savings and accuracy in the processing of claims.

Now serving as the Director of Design and Client Experience, Minh oversees all public-facing marketing materials, including the ISB website, videos, logos, printed materials, and presentations, with an internal focus on providing exceptional onboarding and training experiences for his colleagues.

Now as the Contract Services Manager, Jennifer is responsible for the day to day operations of the entire Employment Background Screening division.

In addition to constant process improvement, Jennifer ensures that the highest level of service is maintained while maintaining strict privacy compliance.

Jennifer joined ISB Global Services in 2018 specializing in the Employment Background Screening division. Jennifer brings an extremely high standard of customer service and productivity to the division from her lengthy career in food service industry.
