| CGI Products - What's Available? |
ISB provides a large number of CGI products which include:
- CGI - AutoPlus™: From a driver's licence number, this search can provide a complete history of insurance.
- CGI - VINClaims Gold™: From a VIN, this search can list all reported claims on the vehicle and insurance company details.
- CGI - HITS™: From a name and address, this search can provide a reported residential claim history. Providing the name and address provides better accuracy.
- CGI - CTS™: From a business name and address, this search provides a commercial claim history including IBC codes, dates of loss, insurance company codes, policy numbers and payouts.
- Driver Record Abstract (CAN) / Driving Record Schedule (USA) (product #1)
- CGI - AutoPlus™ (product #4)
- Plate Search for Owner (CAN) / Registration Schedule (USA) (product #8)
- CGI - VINClaims Gold™ (product #11)
Ontario abstracts will also contain address information when ordered under an MTO Authorized Requestor Agreement (ARIS). For more information on ARIS, please contact [email protected].
When ordering a CGI - AutoPlus™ (product #4), you will require a driver's licence number. If you don't have it, you can simply create a product bundle by adding a Plate Search for Owner (product #8) to your order. This will provide you with the driver's licence number required for CGI - AutoPlus™ (product #4).
When ordering a CGI - VINClaims Gold™ (product #11), you will require a VIN. If you don't have it, you can simply create a product bundle by adding a Plate Search for Owner (product #8) to your order. This will provide you with the VIN required for VINClaims Gold™ (product #11).
As a courtesy, when ordering either of these bundles, if the plate search happens to come back without results, our Information Specialists will cancel the order at no cost.

The Plumitif (Quebec only)
ISB Global Services is pleased to announce a new product for the province of Quebec! The Plumitif is now available in our ISB Order Center, (product #98). The Plumitif provides access to Quebec's provincial and municipal court records. You will also find forced executions carried out by Quebec court judgments.
Consent Forms - You Asked and We Delivered! Most agencies including the RCMP no longer require an original consent form. A copy of the consent form, along with photo ID, is now sufficient for an occurrence report. Ottawa Police Services has now made it mandatory to include a copy of photo ID with their consent form when ordering directly through the agency. The MTO (Ministry of Transportation Ontario) does not require a consent form. A consent form is only required when ordering direct from the police agency; photo ID will also be required. How the Pandemic has Affected Police Services from an ISB Perspective
The COVID-19 pandemic has directly impacted the release of information from Police Services across North America. Police Services and Freedom of Information and Privacy offices have been working with limited in-office personnel (i.e. records departments) in an already highly manual, traditional operation. ISB has been working directly with all agencies to find ways to relieve the pressure on their limited resources and assist with innovative improvements. ISB is pleased to advise that our efforts have successfully streamlined the process with a few of the police agencies, which has led to decreased turnaround times for ISB clients during this difficult time. Stay tuned for more information as ISB monitors the pandemic's impact on all agencies across North America to find ways to improve processes. You will find an update on the police agencies who are experiencing significant delays/backlogs on the Order Centre sign-on screen. |

After selecting 'Consent Forms - Police Agencies,' you will find a complete list of all the police agencies and applicable products for which a consent form is required for. Please refer to video above.

When do I need to provide the original signed consent form?
In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, none of our agency partners require an original consent form. We ask that you please not mail/courier the original consent form to our office rather please direct to the email addresses noted above.
