Important Dates & Deadlines

November 10, 2019	Start of online registration. The registration is only via this website.
~~December 31, 2019~~ Extended until January 9,2020	Deadline for online registration and abstract submission. Registration must be accompanied by payment of the registration fee.
January 10, 2020	Deadline for online Submission of Travel Data Form
February 15, 2020	Deadline for cancellations to obtain full refund of paid fees minus a 100 € handling fee! No refunds will be possible after February 15.
March 7 - 13, 2020	SysBio2020 course takes place in Innsbruck

ARRIVAL in Innsbruck:

Please note, that NO transport for participants is arranged.
The hotel is located within walking distance from the train station for those who prefer some fresh air after their travel.

Language

The official course language is English.

Network

A free wireless network will be available at the conference site. Participants attending the computer practicals are advised to bring their own laptops as the organizers are not able to provide these. The software used for the practicals will be made available for download from this website and also at the local course site. Please also make sure that you run all software/OS updates before the course to minimize bandwidth usage.

Poster Dimensions

Poster size: The maximum allowed size for a poster is 120cm height by 90cm width (=47 x 35 inches). The posters will by attached to the boards via adhesive tape, which will be supplied by the organizer.
