Important Dates & Deadlines

October 2013	Start of online registration. The registration is only via this website.
December 15, 2013	Deadline for online registration, grant applications and abstract submission through the Course homepage. The registration deadline has been extended until 31.12.2013. No new grant applications will be considered.
January 9, 2014	E-mails to grant applicants regarding their grant application status have been sent out.
January 14, 2014	Letters of acceptance have been e-mailed to all participants.
January 31, 2014	Payment deadline!!
February 14, 2014	Deadline for online Pre Course Registration & submission of Travel Data Form (extended until Feb 17!)
February 14, 2014	Deadline for cancellations to obtain a full refund of paid fees minus a 100 € handling fee! No refunds will be possible after February 14. Deadline for registering for a preparatory course and submission of travel data.

ARRIVAL in Innsbruck:
NO pick up arranged for participants. Pick up service only for invited speakers, given that the travel data form was completed.
Shuttle to the airport and the train station will be provided on the departure day only (Saturday, March 8). The hotel is located within walking distance from the train station for those who prefer some fresh air after their travel.

Language

The official course language is English.

Network

A free wireless network will be available at the conference site. Participants attending the computer practicals are advised to bring their own laptops as the organizers are not able to provide these. The software used for the practicals will be made available for download from this website and also at the local course site. Please also make sure that you run all software/OS updates before the course to minimize bandwidth usage.

Fee

The registration fees are € 750,- for students and postdocs (sharing double or triple rooms), € 950,- for Seniors and PIs (single rooms) and € 2000,- for industry (single rooms). Shuttle to the airport and the train station will be provided on the departure day only (Saturday, March 8). The hotel is located within walking distance from the train station for those who prefer some fresh air after their travel.

On Sunday, March 2, 2014, four optional parallel preparatory courses will be held. Registering for either one of these courses will require an extra night’s accommodation and meals, which we will book for you and it will require us to charge an extra registration fee of € 150.

No payments may be made before notification of acceptance has been received from the organizers.

Please note that rooms have been pre-booked by the organizers and therefore no booking by participants is necessary!

Poster Dimensions

Poster size: The maximum allowed size for a poster is 120cm height by 90cm width (=47 x 35 inches). The posters will by attached to the boards via adhesive tape, which will be supplied by the organizer.
