Important Dates & Deadlines

November 2010	Start of online registration. The registration is only via this website.
December 15, 2010	Deadline for online registration and abstract submission through the SysBio2011 homepage. The online registration has been closed on December 31, 2010 at 6pm (local Austrian time)!
December 17, 2010	Deadline for receiving grant applicant reference and membership confirmation letters (FEBS) by the SysBio2011 Course Office.
January 21, 2011	Letters of acceptance and detailed information will be e-mailed to all participants. Letters of acceptance have been emailed on January 13, 2011!
February 18 , 2011 February 16, 2011	Deadline for cancellations to obtain a full refund of paid fees minus a 100 € handling fee! No refunds will be possible after February 18. Deadline for submission of travel data in the protected area "User Profile"! LOGIN on top of webpage with your e-mail address (password can be found in the registration confirmation).

ARRIVAL in Innsbruck:
Pick up from the train station and airport is available for all participants. Please look for a sign "SysBio2011" in the arrival hall. You will be assisted to a taxi.
The hotel is located within walking distance from the train station for those who prefer some fresh air after their travel.

Language

The official course language is English.

Network

A free wireless network will be available at the conference site. Participants attending the computer practicals are advised to bring if possible their own laptops as the number of laptops provided by the organizers will be limited. The software used for the practicals will be made available for download from this website and also at the local course site. Please also make sure that you run all software/OS updates before the course to minimize bandwidth usage.

Fee

The registration fees are € 625,- for students and postdocs, and € 850,- for senior / corporate scientists. The registration fees include roundtrip shuttle transportation from Innsbruck Airport or train station, full board and lodging (6 nights) at the venue.

On Saturday, February 26, 2011, four optional parallel preparatory courses will be held. Registering for either one of these courses will require an extra night’s accommodation and meals, which we will book for you and it will require us to charge an extra registration fee (detailed information is attached to the acceptance letter).

No payments may be made before notification of acceptance has been received from the organizers.

Please note that rooms have been pre-booked by the organizers and therefore no booking by participants is necessary!

Should you need accomodation for additional nights before and/or after the meeting, please contact the SysBio2011 Course Office.

Poster Dimensions:

Poster size: The maximum allowed size for a poster is 120cm height by 90cm width (= 47 x 35 inches). The posters will by attached to the boards via adhesive tape, which will be supplied by the organizer.
